1 watermelon, cut into 1-inch slices and then cut into circles or squares as you see fit
4 heirloom tomatoes, cut into hefty 1/2-inch slices
1 bunch basil
2 balls mozzarella, cut into 1/4-inch slices
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Heat grill to medium-high heat and brush generously with olive oil.
Rest watermelon slices on the grill for about 4 minutes.
Add tomato slices and grill both another 2 minutes or so.
Flip and let sear for just about 2 minutes or so and then assemble with mozzarella and your fresh balsamic and basil.
